We are a wholesale meat purveyor (not a distributor), which means we customize and create protein items to your specifications. All of our items are hand-crafted and vacuumed sealed to preserve the fresh wholesome integrity of the product. In addition to the wide variety of Beef, Pork, Poultry, Full Flavored, Lamb, Veal, and other specialty products that we offer, we are also proud to be the only wholesale meat purveyor in the Inland Empire Area that offers Cargill’s Sterling Silver Premium Beef and Premium Pork Programs.

Packaging:
All of our items are individually vacuum sealed to retain the integrity of the product. At your request, your order can be delivered either fresh or frozen.

Delivery Options:
We do offer scheduled door-to-door delivers within the Inland Empire Area. You may also stop by our establishment to pick up your order at a pre-determined business day – Also known as “Will Call” orders. Shipping is also available for an additional cost. (For shipped orders, please allow 2 to 4 business days.)

Payment Options
Account Approval: Once your credit application has been approved, we will create an account on your behalf stating specific payment terms and conditions so that you may purchase our products on a limited line of credit.

Credit Cards: We welcome these pre-approved major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and the Discover Card. Once your credit card information has been approved either by phone or in person, your order will be processed.

Certified Checks or Money Orders: We will accept certified checks or money orders, but we will not proceed with your order until payment has been processed. For certified checks or money orders, please allow two weeks.

Checks or Cash: We accept pre-approved local area checks only (The Spokane Inland Empire) either by mail, or at the time of our local area delivery. Cash is always accepted either at the time of delivery or with “Will Call” orders.
